Our sink arrived in a large wooden crate, which was reassuring. We removed the bands/straps and the the dozen or so screws From the lid. It was well packed and protected, therefore no damage was noted. We are not ready for the installation yet, so we repacked it and screwed the lid back on. Our first impression, it is a well made hand crafted piece. You notice like subtle differences in the texture and colors, which is exactly what we wanted. We went with the rustic and it was even prettier than the sample that we used to select the finish and texture. We are looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. Jet and Dianna Thomas
