These are beautiful and our boys love them! They can’t play on them for too long though, because it hurts their toes to climb. They’re all well within the age/weight limits so I am a little bummed about that. But hoping it’s like playing a guitar and they’re just stronger and more used to it. We also had to add a screw to every handle (be sure to pre-drill) because how the two were placed didn’t feel sturdy enough. But we are in love with it and it’s a great addition to our playroom for our three young boys!

We didn't realize they were coming from a Ukrainian company when we ordered, so they arrived about 6 weeks after the estimated outside shipment date. This was unfortunate since they were meant to be a Christmas present. But every time I asked they communicated with me and they also gave me a slight refund because of the delay.

The shipping and packaging were great! I did have to watch the assembly video many times to figure it out, but I did eventually get there! I wish the instructions were a little bit easier to follow.

Everything was ok until I realized my package was damaged. Hopefully it didn’t affect the parts inside.

Initially I had some frustration because the climbing set didn't arrive for Christmas. Now that we've received it, I realize it was worth the wait! The set is made from quality material and finished well. My grandson loves it!
