Great, but 2 different finishes on the 2 piece product

Ordering and customer service was very awesome. The price was good. . However, one of the pieces that I got is very nontraditional, and I needed some side views of previous installations. The representatives that tried to help me did their best in our response, but I never got the picture I was looking for. In my application, it was very hard to figure out on my own. And I am a general contractor with over 25 years experience.

We purchased for a guest bath towel bar and toilet paper holder. They were well done but didn't go well. We requested a refund and packaged the return securely. We received a refund in reasonable time.
