Poor Customer Support and Response to Shipping DamageDamage
Actually Somewhere between Ok and Bad. When I was shopping for a shower panel, it was difficult to get accurate and complete information from the bot or from the reps. When I actually received the unit, it was damaged, and as I tried to determine the extent of damage , while still protecting the interest of myself and Wonderland (with UPS) I got slow and unsatisfactory answers , saying that the actually damaged part was a "flimsy' piece of metal that was designed that way. As I continued to inspect the damage I verified that it is actually a flimsy piece but that it is also actually extensively damaged. I am waiting for Wonderland to send a replacement piece and asked for it to be expedited , as I have a contractor working now! But the rep said it has to be ground shipped 5 days. I will wait to see how this works out when I get the piece and see when it actually arrives, how difficult it will be to replace, and if it solves my problem. I note that it took 6 call attempts (your mailbox always full), a text, and two emails even to get this far. I am not a happy camper, but hoping that things improve.
