Customer service is great, its the processes of being a distributor for so many companies and the rigidities around shipping that cause me issues.

Our community received a damaged mailbox

The customer serive was great, however disappointed that the numbers for the mailbox didn’t stick.

Product arrived damaged, shipping boxes were not so it was packed up this way. No response thus far from customer service.

Deceptive shipping time language on site, slow responses, and item arrived almost a month past when it was expected.
