Our community received a damaged mailbox

The customer serive was great, however disappointed that the numbers for the mailbox didn’t stick.

Product arrived damaged, shipping boxes were not so it was packed up this way. No response thus far from customer service.

Deceptive shipping time language on site, slow responses, and item arrived almost a month past when it was expected.

Mailbox packaging wasn’t damaged. Mailbox had scratch and dent in the front. All that was offered was a paint stick to fix it. The dent cannot be fixed by that.
