Well-packed, beautiful packaging and prompt delivery. I love your sheets and the towels are lovely, except for the silver infused bundle which feels like a rip off since it doesn’t live up to the marketing hype.

Feels that the last time where it allows customer to choose our preferred time slot, will be better. As not all customers will be at home all the time especially during office hours to receive the parcel.

Great if total purchase, embroidery and delivery time could be shortened.
