Blanket arrived with the stitching coming undone on the top seam. Tried it anyway and found it too warm, so tried to initiate a return. Two weeks and four emails later, I’m still waiting to hear back. Not sure if the blanket or the customer service is worse!

The weighted blanket was too heavy and my request to exchange for a lighter weight was rejected downright. The blanket was new and unused. If only the company can be more flexible with the exchange policy. Now I have to keep it in my storage room and it's a waste of money. Think twice and get the correct size when purchasing.
