I ordered a tap for next day delivery and it came 2 days later. Thankfully, the cost of the next day delivery was refunded. The tap itself looks great but it is seems poor quality. A plumber came to fit it and it had a constant leak on one of the hoses to the heater. He suggested the parts weren’t good quality and usually these companies make a good tap but the plumbing itself is poor. Anyway, it took ignored 4 emails and repeated calls to try to contact customer service. When I finally got through they arranged for a replacement hose to be sent. They sent the wrong one despite clear instructions and a picture showing which one was required. I called to get the correct replacement sent again last week and it turns out it was never ordered despite being confirmed so on the phone, so didn’t arrive. I have called again today to get the correct replacement hose. Hopefully this now arrives and does work but it’s been really annoying chasing customer service and trying to sort out a solution for what is a very expensive item. I’ve been without boiling water for 3 weeks now, unless I use a saucepan to heat it up. It also means I have spent a small fortune on a plumber coming to fit a tap that was faulty in the first place and now have to call them out again to fix it the replacement part is sent. Very very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend so far at all.

Initially tap was leaking terrible out the pipes in the bottom of the tap - plumber bought a different valve to fix it, as was already installed on the granite at this point. Soon after, issues with the hot water box not staying on, randomly turns off. If it’s not turned off, it’s dropped right down to 40/50 degrees. Really poor product overall.

Do not touch!!!! Used items and my plumber says fitments aren't fit for purpose.
