Poor designed product and customer services were very slow to reply to my email requesting a return.

Well this company keep firing emails to me asking for a review even though there service so far has been unimpressive. Having supplied a defective product it was not possible to reach them on the number provided. Their customer service email prompted a very wordy reply that was clearly AI generated. Email response times are much slower than the three days promised and when they do get in touch they show a lack of understanding of the issue. If you have a choice I'd persuade you to look elsewhere.
