Review is for the service

Review is for the service not the tap, had to send it back as wasn’t the colour I had expected looking at the picture online but £30 to send it back is a joke, how does it cost that to post it back and the return service was awful I had to email to remind them I had not had my refund which was not answered and then telephone two more times to chase them up for my refund and this all cost me £30!!!!

This is the 3rd boiler

This is the 3rd boiler I've bought in 3 years. I change the filter every 3 months and descale every 6 months. However the unit has now broken down twice and been replaced twice, usually around month 13/14 in it's lifecycle. However a premium unit costs around £1500 and this unit costs £120. So it would effectively take 10-15 years before price became an issue. If I continue to buy a new unit every time it breaks down it still works out cheaper to buy this one.

Poor quality machine. Leaks via the chilled water outlet and permanently dribbles even when turned off. I am still awaiting my refund 😡
