MNL Valyōu Furniture

First of all, the sofa is supposed to be made of feathers-it is not. Pure polyester. VERY UNCOMFOTABLE. The back of the sofa is extremally low and does not support your back. the sofa looks nice and is probably meant to be used in model houses but definitely not if you seek comfort. I called the company as soon as I unpacked the sofa requesting a return. They transferred me from one associate to another over 2 weeks. Then eventually when they were ready to speak with me they said they will not accept the sofa because I don't have the original box and because I passed the 14 days return window. I mentioned numerous times that I am more than willing to pay for a new box but that is not an option for them. After going back and forth they promise to speak with the manager and return a phone call. They never did. My advise is to avoid this company!

Shipping is horrible. Way too slow

Terrible. Furniture was beyond delayed of promised shipping time. Arrived damaged and dirty. Paid extra for assembly and that didn’t happen. No replacement or refund was offered for damaged and dirty pieces.

Very bad shipping experience

Horrible service trying to return a product that was not of quality for that price ! What a awful experience.
