I’m glad FedEx called me first because they had the wrong address. This is delivered on a pallet I live in the 3rd floor and fedex just left it in the Parking lot, leaving me to figure out how to carry it up to the 3rd floor myself.

I highly recommend this company is avoided. I was sent faulty goods. It took over a month to get the piece sent and instead of just sending a piece, they sent an entire new box. This was still not totally correct. This company portrays itself as made in hawaii but its just chinese goods. Not great quality. Difficult assembly. And will fight with you for any tiny issue. In the end, it took a of my time and follow up to get pieces to make it somewhat fully assembled. All i got for this terrible experience was a credit that doesnt even cover the cost of shipping. My preference would've been to return the whole thing and get my money back. Avoid at all cost.

I'm being charged 20% for something I didn't order. Been waiting for return info for a week, while valyou holds my money. Wanted to order more furniture from this company but the way they have handled there mistake is very off-putting.
