Overall, terrible experience with quality of product and customer service.

Shipping nightmare, we’ve had the incorrect bed sitting in our hallway for a month now.

The most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned and I am not exaggerating at all

Shipping time was spot on but they delivered the wrong couch, which turns out, was very low quality and refused to make it right with me.
