When I ordered the sofa
When I ordered the sofa it was in stock ready to ship. I received it 3 months later, it was shipped to the wrong address, was delivered after the delivery appointment time when I was unavailable, a second sofa was then delivered to the correct address and is still sitting outside of my front door waiting for the carrier service to pick it up for return. I have asked for a refund of the shipping charge 3 weeks ago and still have not received it.
