The worst absolute customer service and logistics I’ve ever dealt with. Product is over three months late but the worst is it was delivered with wrong parts so that the bed could not even be assembled once we file a warranty issue somebody took over a week to get back to us only after an email to them with foul language on why they hadn’t gotten back to us and now I’m still waiting to hear back after a week

Awful, whole experience. Awful.

Took forever to ship and when item got here it was shattered. Emailed customer service and they wont respond.
