Very difficult to understand the person at the store. Very poor English. Lied to me and told me the feathers inside sofa cushions were wrapped in thick non allergenic foam. Not true at all. I asked because I am highly allergic to feathers and the feathers actually pop out of the sofa. Very unhappy with this purchase. Want to return!

Don’t waste your time. You think you’re getting a deal but you’re getting a headache. Zipper broke on middle couch cushion cover after 3 weeks of delivery - it won’t stay zipped and popped open in the wrong way. I submitted a warranty claim and it has still yet to be completed. They claim they only make replacement covers in a full set so can’t send me a single one. But they offered me $100 gift card toward the purchase of a new set, which is $399. I said absolutely not, send me a full set then. Next offer was $269, which still means I would pay to replace. Again, I said no, what a scam and this isn’t a warranty. Their offer now is to send someone to my house to inspect and repair. No thanks again, it’s still a pandemic and I don’t need strange people in my house if I can help it. Declined this offer and again requested a new cushion cover to be sent. TBD what their next offer will be. Almost not even worth keeping the couch. Safe yourself and spend the extra money on a couch that won’t fall apart immediately and then you won’t have to deal with these clowns.
