Valyou did well considering the delays faced in logistics in general. The only thing that I didn't appreciate was the fact that I had to call several times (4 times) for an update on my purchase, twice I was promised call backs and neither happened until the day before delivery.
Updates were not proactively provided and considering I ordered based on the fact that the product was "in stock", I would not have expected a 6 week delay between ordering and delivery.
If updates on the product sourcing, shipping and perhaps the warehouse on dock date were proactively provided It would have been perfect service. The lead-time would have been less of a problem for me if this had been the case.
