Shipping & service was great. Product quality not so much.

Delivery time was longer than anticipated. But delighted by the shipper who performed setup and assembly admirably! The furniture is stylish and durable with some issues regarding the stuffing material as noted in my detailed review.

Loved my overall experience, from purchase to tracking to delivery. My only issue was getting in contact with the Valyōu customer service team, as they weren’t reachable over the phone or email. That said, their social team is AMAZING and very responsive. All of my inquires were handled via social and I really appreciated how quick and helpful the team was.

Shipping is a little expensive and the additional charge of $150 for just bringing it into the house is more than anybody else charges.
