Doors Failed. Service did NOT make it right

I spent $6000 on three sets of doors, and after being assured by customer service that the doors would fit my needs with no worry, the doors did not withstand rain. They leaked rain water into my home. I was "offered" replacement doors as an option to make it right but not without sending another $1000 to have them shipped and I still had to pay to uninstall and dispose of the faulty doors. Not an economical option. A refund was refused because their hidden installment guidelines, as they claimed, was not followed. Unbelievable that they did not feel they could stand behind their product. I would not recommend doing business with Uber Doors based on my experience. I am not able to give a review of zero stars, but I would. If you are looking for a door you can be rest assured will last and withstand the basics of what a door should do, don't count on Uber Doors. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. Save yourself the heartache and invest your hard earned money in another door company who will stand behind their product.

Purchased 4 French Doors from Uberdoors.com

Several of the panes have failed, the locks at the bottom of the door do not line up, can't lock the bottom of the door. Cannot get in touch with anyone at customer service. If my situation can be rectified, I would leave a wonderful review regarding other aspects of my experience.

Zero stars

2 years after the purchase of my door I am being asked for a review. Maybe they thought I would have something nice to say after 2 years. Well, I don’t. I went through hell with this company. My door had daylight coming through it, could be a convenient mail slot, I suppose. But I had to pay someone to come fix it. The door had damage upon receiving it and they offered to send me wood to fix the problem myself. But they couldn’t even send me the correct piece of wood. Over 2 months they sent me 5 different pieces of wood to “fix” the problem and they were for the wrong side of the door. The wood made for a good camp fire. Thanks for the opportunity to express my opinion.

doors not made to specs

I needed 1 3/8 inch thick doors to fit a specific piece of hardware. Your doors were listed on the website as 1 3/8 inch, but actually measure thinner than that, so they were unusable. A couple of them arrived damaged as well. A waste of time and money.

Beautiful but deteriorating due to poor craftsmanship

We loved this door when it arrived about a month ago. Since then we noticed water collecting on the floor at the threshold inside the house. We kept adjusting the threshold but to no avail. We finally saw where the middle panel in the door was left unsealed and had a huge gap in it. So it’s been raining and the water has been going inside the door now for a solid month and is starting to flake and peel away into total deterioration. It was a huge ordeal in the first place to get the door here and I seriously doubt the company will take the time to see my review and make this right.
