We are still awaiting the frame, threshold and hardware for our door that was missing from the shipment. Annie has been very helpful but this issue is still under review and we have no way to install our door.

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month since they delivered the wrong door.

I purchased a pet door over a month ago, the wrong door (no pet door) was delivered and I have been trying to get an refund or a response ever since and it had been radio silence
