I ordered samples of the stains and they never arrived. It was only five bucks, but still. I paid for something and they sent me nothing. I also had a terrible experience with their customer service. I messaged with an employee (via a company-initiated text) to ask questions and his responses took DAYS. I finally gave up and we went with another door company. I am so glad we didn’t go with Krosswood. I think they sell a lot to Home Depot and that is probably their bread & butter. They have poor customer service when it comes to direct to consumer sales.

Missing lots of parts

We are still awaiting the frame, threshold and hardware for our door that was missing from the shipment. Annie has been very helpful but this issue is still under review and we have no way to install our door.
