WHERE IS MY DOOR
I ordered a slab only door with special hinge cuts and bores on 8/31 with clear finish and sweep. A crate arrived on 9/11 but it was a pre-hung door with no finish and the hinge cuts were wrong. I notified Customer Service on 9/11. On 9/12 received a message that they located my door, but were remaking a door. The second crate arrived on 9/22. It was a slab only with clear finish, but once again the hinge cuts were not what I ordered and there was no sweep. I notified Customer Service and was notified that it would go to "review". We examined the door closer over the weekend and found that the quality of the sanding and finish were totally unsatisfactory. We took pictures and sent them to Customer service over Monday. I called on Wednesday and Customer Service had not looked at them. She found them and said she would send them to "review". I have asked for a slab only with no finish and the proper hinge cuts and door sweep be sent. I tried to get in touch with Customer Service on Friday and got a recording that they were closed. It is no October 2 and still no word on what the plan is.
