Never again will I buy from you!

This is the 3rd or 4th and the very last time I will purchase a door from you. It is simply sad to see how bad your product quality has become. Never again will I buy doors from you.

need help- no assistance

Was advised to purchase the door via the krosswood website as Home Depot did not sell the door with 6-9/16" jambs. Door was received in poor staining condition, the center jambs between doors has a 3/4" gap, and to top it off the door was sent with 4-9/16" jamb. I have a warranty claim but have not had a response in over a week

Horrible call mmunication and experience

Still haven’t received door. Never have received a call from Krosswood to tell me it got lost and that they shipped another. I have to make calls to get updates. Still don’t know where the hell my 3 thousand dollar door is. Poor poor service.

Horrible Communication

My estimated delivery was 3 weeks ago and still no door. They won't ever answer their phone and if you leave a message or 3, they will NEVER return your call. So I don't have my door yet and have no idea when or if I will ever get it.

Ordering, shipping, customer service is subpar

I ordered the Dutch door from Krosswood and selected to have the clear stain done from Krosswood. I later found out after calling to check on status of shipping that the facility in Arizona they use to stain doors is in the process of moving and my door is delayed indefinitely. I then opted out of getting the stain done to try to just receive my door quickly as it was arriving at their warehouse the very next day. The customer service agent said I can do that and he would refund me my $250 for the stain. He never told me that he was starting a brand new order and that it would further delay my door. After waiting several weeks I finally received my door a week ago. I then called to check on the status of my $250 refund. The agent I spoke with told me “we usually like to wait for you to call us then we’ll process the refund.” Why??? I am getting very frustrated as I still have yet to receive this refund.
