Door was shipped on the 29th still has not been delivered called shipping company for two weeks all you get is voicemail and no return call. Very disappointed

The quality of this door was awful. It arrived with a significant dent in the wood at eye level, there is no clear calk seal around the window lites to prevent moisture from seeping between the window and wood frame, and the door had not been sanded to smooth out the edges around the window frames or edge of the door in any way so it is sharp, likely freshly cut wood, and there were splinters along the edges, also because it was not sanded. I purchased a door with its included jam. The door jam trim was so badly and carelessly painted that it was covered in dried drips, which had to be sanded down to raw wood and repainted. I give it two stars because it is, in fact, a door and because the company promptly refunded some of the purchase price when I complained about the atrocious quality. Buyer beware.

Bait and switch tactics with regards to ordering and delivery

Loved the door from the time I saw it online. Couldn’t wait to receive it. The truck was unable to access my private road so my husband collected it. When we opened the crate, one staple from the lid went into the door. Then we noticed the cardboard packing was stuck to the door. That pulled the stain off the door in an area of 1” x 6”. Of course, I’m very disappointed as the door is definitely a quality door. Also I went with the special walnut stain before requesting a sample (totally my bad). The chestnut stain would have been a better fit to work with my garage doors that are chocolate walnut.
