If I could give negative stars, I would, but wasn't given the option. I was originally planning to buy through Home Depot but a rep from Krosswood convinced me in a chat that I would receive superior service and shipping if I bought direct through Krosswood at an additional cost of $300 more than Home Depot. What a HUGE mistake!! They only shipped me 2 of the 4 doors i ordered, then 3 weeks later I got another delivery of 1 more door, at which point them told me they were out of doors and would not have anymore for months! Each shipment came on huge custom palettes that were heavily stapled together that I had to dispose of at additional cost to me. When I asked to be refunded and have the doors and palettes they came on picked up and sent back, they sent zero instructions so that when the freight partner came to pick them up, they were not strapped down properly and they would not take them. Finally, after all this, Krosswood just said, "we don't want em back, you deal with em". What a giant waste of time, resources, space, and money!!! Do not buy from this company, they do not know what they are doing!!!

We ordered replacement doors for all of the doors inside our house - including closet doors. In our first order, all of the doors were lost in a shipment warehouse - finally after about a month, we placed a replacement order after waiting to be refunded. The shipping company for the replacement order reported major damages. Once we unpacked the doors, EVERY SINGLE door had scratches, dents, or broken frames! What a complete disappointment - only thing we got from this is 2 months of headaches!!! I would not recommend this to anyone after what we have been through! There's not much energy leftover to actually DO THE PROJECT! Total letdown.

This is the 3rd or 4th and the very last time I will purchase a door from you. It is simply sad to see how bad your product quality has become. Never again will I buy doors from you.
