Loved the door from the time I saw it online. Couldn’t wait to receive it. The truck was unable to access my private road so my husband collected it. When we opened the crate, one staple from the lid went into the door. Then we noticed the cardboard packing was stuck to the door. That pulled the stain off the door in an area of 1” x 6”. Of course, I’m very disappointed as the door is definitely a quality door. Also I went with the special walnut stain before requesting a sample (totally my bad). The chestnut stain would have been a better fit to work with my garage doors that are chocolate walnut.

very nice people. Sent me th r wrong order, said they'd refund 35%, never did. Called every day for a week but they're voice mail (which was full) said they were closed for an unknown time. Scarey...$1200 door

I'm sorry to say that I am very unhappy about my purchase. If I had to do it all over I would have got a refund and return the door. Very poor assembly, parts are defective. Styles and rails are splitting. Screens still are not correct. I'm going to remove, try to sell and build one myself.

Was told turn around time was 2 - 2 1/2 weeks its been over 2 months and still dont have the door and now they are pushing it out another month
