Since you keep sending me these review requests, I’m obliged to give you my honest opinion. This particular door sucked to put it bluntly! The hinge pockets were not completely cut out, the door jam should have been 5 9/16” for a 2 X 6 wall and the latch strike and strike plate were over a 1/2” off, would not latch! Needless to say a lot of field corrections were necessary to complete the install for my customer! Quality control was out the window on this one!

Evidently you don’t offer a knotty alder door jam for a 2x6 wall. Wanted one but it came in at 4 3/4” instead of 5 9/16”. Hinge pocket cut outs were incomplete. Latch was 3/4 inch off from strike plate and wouldnt latch. Needless to say a lot of field corrections were necessary. Not the quality control I’ve received in past orders!

I spent close to two hours carefully, removing all of the residue around each window inside and out that was left from the glue or whatever was used. After paying so much money for a door, I would have expected it to come cleaned. Also is there a place to submit a picture? The trim piece across the top is too short and we have a 2 inch gap. Need more trim

Doors came fabricated upside down and wrong swing

Double doors were built incorrectly. The inactive door is a 1/2” to small in width. Did not come with all the hinges either. Had to take it all apart, cut down the top and threshold. Then put it back together again. By the way, two 8’ doors in one frame are heavy. I will be shopping around next time. I called customer service, never got a call back. Being a general contractor I bought the doors because of the turn around time. Thanks Krosswood
