We received the door yesterday and is really nice. Is exactly was we were expecting in design and quality. However, communication with the company was very hard. They never answered the phone/email. I had to be very nasty in my message to get someone to call me back. I think they should consider to improve that.

Ordered and paid for 96x42 knotty alder door. But due to the COVID my order was going to be delayed by at least a month. They knew this might not work for me and were happy and prompt about refunding my money to purchase one from another supplier. Thank you.

I ordered the doors. I was very happy with the service and the quality of the doors themselves. I had one door a frame shortened. No problem. However, the frames were of lesser quality than the doors and I found that the routings for hinges and foot sill, etc were inconsistent and not precise and need to be 'touched up' before assembly.

Very well packaged for delivery. Nice looking grain and knots. Finished by me with Varathane Oak Satin. Note this was my first attempt at a pre-hung door install. 96x30 cut down to 93x30. Happy with the results.

The options of doors online was awesome. Finding the closest measurement was easy because they listed every possible door measurement to help you choose the closest fit (some retro fitting may be required if you have a custom weird door size like mine). The images online matched what I received. The care of protecting and securing my door slab was awesome as the slab came in perfect condition! The delivery came to my front door! I would’ve given 5 stars but I didn’t see an option for me to order and have me pick up at their local facility and save me the $200 shipping cost which I thought was a little steep. But nonetheless I would use Uber Doors again. Their quality of product is top notch!
