I love this beautiful door! It makes my house look totally different and I couldn’t be happier!

I took advantage of and used Krosswood's service group. They were very helpful! I should have been a tad more careful as there were some slight differences in what I thought I had ordered versus what I received (but nothing too earth shattering or even worthy of following up on. ) All in all, very good considering it was all online. SHIPPING package was amazing. Super sturdy

Overall a good product. It would be great if one of the slabs wasn’t warped at the base.

This door is definitely not a DIY project. Only a professional with the right tools and knowledge could have accomplished a perfect installation of this unit.

I had issues with getting the correct door, but they really bent over backwards to fix the situation and make sure I was satisfied with the outcome
