Your website promised it would be delivered on Tuesday. I could see it left you on the Monday, but Royal Mail didn’t try to deliver it until Wednesday - I knew I’d be out - I had aimed for Tuesday for a reason. Rather than it going straight to the depot where I might have been able to pick it up, they tried again the next day. Again, I knew I’d be out. Had to arrange a redelivery for Sat, so in the end it took a week. I know it wasn’t really your fault, but if it needs to be signed for then it would be better to have the option to pick a delivery day at check out because the service you paid for with Royal Mail didn’t seem to guarantee next day delivery.
