It’s has been one month, I asked why they didn’t deliver the chair many times . no response from seller at all

I didn't receive the chair after one month.

Change the white gloves partner company if you still want to get the customers! First time no show after the promised delivery window. Second time called last min and said there was an accident and can’t deliver. Now I am waiting for the third attempt! Totally wasted my time! The chair has been sitting in their warehouse for 2 weeks now. I just don’t understand why I paid $250 for such service. Totally unacceptable experience. Ordered during Thanksgiving and didn’t get it till New Year.

I made my order it was supposed to ship by end of november and it's halfway through december and I haven't received anything.

Shipping was so terrible. Took time off to receive shipping, and it kept getting rescheduled or not delivered. Eventually the shipment came and it was only one person carrying it 300lb, and my wife had to help him to get the package into our home over steps and he almost tipped it over and damage it.
