Slow delivery without clear status update

Delivery vendor needs some improvements. It was not even close to the estimate and lack of enough status update for customers to track. Customer service with DealMoon is awesome when it comes to resolving problems and contacting respective parties. But much of the customer service work can be avoided if only delivery vendor has a better feedback system.

Purchase experience

They are very inexperienced. My chair was expected to deliver on 11/04 and it never came. I cancelled chair on 11/08 and they charged me 500$ for shipping. When I bought from them I had a detailed discussion with them and they told me 30-day return no questions asked and they never told me about any charges. Now they are tells me it is on our website. It is cheating. I don’t know how someone do like that.

Return

The return is too dark, and I was charged 600 for the shipping fee, because I am afraid that the massage chair will be broken in the future and it will be inconvenient to repair, so I have to pay the shipping fee and go back to repair it like this.
