Very disappointed at the delivery and after service
I placed my order in the beginning of December, and got notified that delivery would be 12/19/22. I was in the dark on and after 12/19, no updates and no delivery. No one got back after my inquiries. Then on 12/27 I got a call saying they are ready to deliver. I scheduled it on 12/28, 8-12. I stayed home the whole morning, the truck didn’t show up until 1ish. Also the footrest was damaged during shipping. I contacted titan right away. They could do a partial credit refund or replacement. But the partial credit is too low that I don’t think it compensate my frustration for the whole thing, I seek replacement of the footrest instead. After they asked me to send pictures and confirm the color, they told me the particular foootrest is out of stock and I have to wait. I am still dealing the whole thing right now, but it’s totally disappointing.
