Horrible delivery service

I requested day off twice from work for this order but their logistics team failed both scheduled delivery. It finally delivered to my house after 3 weeks from the date I ordered this chair.

Very disappointed at the delivery and after service

I placed my order in the beginning of December, and got notified that delivery would be 12/19/22. I was in the dark on and after 12/19, no updates and no delivery. No one got back after my inquiries. Then on 12/27 I got a call saying they are ready to deliver. I scheduled it on 12/28, 8-12. I stayed home the whole morning, the truck didn’t show up until 1ish. Also the footrest was damaged during shipping. I contacted titan right away. They could do a partial credit refund or replacement. But the partial credit is too low that I don’t think it compensate my frustration for the whole thing, I seek replacement of the footrest instead. After they asked me to send pictures and confirm the color, they told me the particular foootrest is out of stock and I have to wait. I am still dealing the whole thing right now, but it’s totally disappointing.

Terrible. Arrived with visually defective

Terrible. Arrived with visually defective chair (missing the huge footrest). Contacted Titan several times, finally they replied with some unfulfilled promises and then ignored me again. One month after being charged, still unable to use the brand new and defective chair!! My Xmas present to my parents was ruined.
