Was not sent an update of my order till 1 week later. I even had to email the company to ask the status. After shipping, the order took close to 3 weeks before it was delivered because for some odd reason, the chair was shipped back to Texas! I emailed Titanchair and they said they will follow up but never got back to me! The chair was finally delivered this past Tuesday, 2/28 but I ordered on 2/1!!!! The whole process took close to 1 month!! A little ridiculous since I paid for White Glove delivery service!!

Tech support had no clue how to help me. The cash box is tiny. And the chair feels cheaply made with lots of plastic

Horrible experience! Chairs came with translated owners guide from one language to English and nothing makes sense. Never got a phone call back from anybody! Horrible.

I paid for white glove delivery based on Titan Chairs website that states my chair would be delivered unassembled. I didnt want to have to put it together myself, so i paid for the white glove that literally states they assemble it for you. The chair ALREADY COMES ASSEMBLED. Why would i pay $250 for someone to literally JUST PLUG it in? Extremely misleading and my rep stated that they will not refund my money.
