The after-sales service is terrible
Every time I call the customer service, it means that the technical staff will send an email to me for connection. After waiting for a long time, I call again, or it means that the technical staff will send an email to me. I have answered it twice according to the above requirements, and still asked me to send the same request. If I could, I'd give a no-star review. I paid thousands of dollars for this lousy service
