Support is unresponsive through their website

I called and someone sent me the email, after that no response.

I was pleased with the fast delivery after placing an order on September 28th. However, the upper part of the product does not function at all. I contacted customer service, but even after waiting for a week, I received no response. I called again and customer service took my complaint again, saying they would send the part and come to provide service afterward. It has been 10 days, so I am waiting.

Bad service

We ordered massage chair 3wks ago. As today, we still haven't get our chair.
