1st, had an issue with the color choice being available when I purchased but was sent a different color. 2nd, the delivery didn’t arrive as scheduled and I took the day off from work. They did send another one but the box was trashed and the plastic cover was slightly damaged. Didn’t want to return and decided to live with the crack in the plastic show in the pics.

I got my titan pro synergy massage chair and its lower part isn’t wired properly. Then it took about 10 days before a technician arrived and I was told the piece simply does not work. It took another~ 14 days for Titan to ship a new piece and I’m still waiting on the technician to arrive. So there’s a huge difference between what the customer service claims to do vs when a repair will happen

Delivery and communication was good. However after using for a few days, the roller stopped moving up and down. Service department was helpful in troubleshooting. After verifying purchase/warranty they ordered a replacement part and delivered to the house. It took a few weeks to get an appointment with the technician. When he came he installed the new roller mechanism but that did not fix the issue. Now, we are waiting for call back

Customer service received could have been way better.
