Overall my experience with the company is poor.

Overall my experience with the company is bad. It took the starch out of me to Get the foot massager on Inada Robo replaced. I will ensure that I never again purchase anything from the companies such as Titan chair, Osaki, Inada, Massage chair haven. Never never again. These companies took 10 years out of my life. And the inada Robo chair is a total useless garbage.

Titan Pandora

I bought this chair directly from the reseller. The description stated this is an L track chair. I noticed that the rollers stopped at the lower back. The rollers did not reach all the ways as described on the web site. See photo_1. Second issue: The wire for the remote is short and in the way to use the arm massager. Third Issue: There are six functions on the remote - Classic, Wakeup, extend, revitalize, stretch and retract. When I tried to use the Retract and Extend, the chair just do nothing as if the function buttons were not defined. Fourth issue: The foot roller can't match the person's height. I am 5'5". After the body scan, the foot roller stopped about an inch short of my foot. I can't barely feel the roller as the result. Fifth issue: Bluetooth connection is not as easy as expected. My phone showed the BT connection was established but I can't hear any music from my cell phone to the chair's BT speakers. Last issue (so far - I only had this chair for about 3 weeks) The rollers' intensity is so soft even I maximized the intensity. I am thinking of returning but don't want to loose the $500 for the parcel shipment. That's bad. I should have bought the chair from Amazon since it offers 30 days free return and free shipping. Shipping was an issue

I ordered the chair. I was never given an arrival date. I emailed the company and they told me it was about to be shipped. I still did not know an exact day. The shipping company contacted me and told me they could not deliver down a dirt road so I had to find a truck and people to help me unload it. I had to drive 30 minutes one way to pick it up.

replacement for damaged chair

I received a damaged chair and contacted the Manager-Zoe Leeper. She replied to me saying my replacement was set to be shipped out on Dec. 19th or Dec 20th with the tracking number and carrier. I checked with her again on Dec. 20th, but she said that they had not shipped it out yet. I emailed her again yesterday- Dec. 27th. Unfortunately, I have not received any word from her yet. I am very disappointed about the service.
