There's no total control. The lowest setting especially of the air compression is already too high to be comfortable. Anything higher is painful. What worse is, all control settings default in the middle and to go to the lowest setting you have to go through the highest setting first. That's terrible design. Usually everything starts in the lowest setting and go up from that. The shoulder air compressors doesn't deflate right away even after turning off the massager. It takes at least 5 minutes to deflate and you can't get out while it's inflated which is dangerous. Also the pressure is not even from left and right. The foot roller is awfully painful with no padding at all and no pressure adjustment. This massager will make your body more in pain than relaxed due to this terrible control settings.

No update on order after purchase... had to call every couple days to get order updated. Even after shipping, had to call carrier AAA Cooper to set up an delivery appointment. If I hadn't call, who knows when it would be delivered...
