The communication piece as it relates to delivery could have been better. I had to call multiple times to get shipping information, which was frustrating.

Love the Chair. Though I understand that the delivery service is not part of Titan Chair, but the company does select the companies they contract with. Beltman Group or RoadRunner, not sure what the delay was, but getting in contact and getting the shipment scheduled delivery was like pulling teeth.

I would like to know if the free delivery includes deliver into home?

There is crack sound inside of the chair seems like some joint or part broken inside.
