Just received the Titan Pro Alpha massage chair a few days ago; it is too early to tell about its performance. Although, when it was delivered, part of the box was torn, the delivery man was going to leave the 300lbs box in front of the house; after a request, he was kindly help to set it inside. There was no operating or assembling manual, and no warranty registration form to fill out. A little disappointment; it seems that an open box or a refurbish item was sent.

1st scheduled delivery was cancelled. 2nd delivery scheduled was changed. Wasted a day off for nothing.

The waist pressure is too tight.

My in person sales experience was great, my salesman Jeff was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The problem arose with the delivery, my chair was 1 inch wider than the door according to their tape measure and the delivery people didn't even try to accommodate. Then they told my wife that they would not return the chair, needless to say when I pulled up they changed their tune and took the chair back.
