Nice chair but quality is lacking. Mine came out of box with defect that I had to troubleshoot and fix myself. If I was average customer, the chair would need to be serviced and my understanding it means sending it back at customers expense all because of lack of QC at factory. Issue was one of cables was over crimped and would disconnect any time chair moved. Had to loosen cable management and give the cable with connector an inch of slack so when chair moves, it did not disconnect

The chairs are great. But the delivery services was off by about a week. It would be helpful if you could give little bit better time frame for delivers.

I was too exited when I purchase the chair Osaki, but when I try it I saw that it doesn’t have the way to adjust the chair when you are sitting, the massage is too strong and I can’t turn down the intensity for the massage.

Online ordering was great. The chair itself is great. Only one delivery guy was dispatched for the delivery! The delivery guy, my son, and I were barely able to get it in the door together. Send at least 2 delivery men for these heavy chairs!
