The chair was not delivered to my doorstep, but instead was left at the entrance of the apartment. I had to hire another mover to help me carry it up three flights of stairs.

Love the chair. Price was awesome. Tracking was HORRIBLE. After many many phone calls to many many different places I finally reached someone who was actually helpful. This definitely is a flaw that needs to be fixed.
