Process went smooth. Not much customer support but no complaints

First nothing was wrong with the first chair I just miss ordered. After that the pickup company never called just showed up luckily we were home. On the delivery of the second chair the company (SAIA)just showed up a day early and again lucky we were here. Communication is lacking between store, customer and shipping.

So far so good.
