The chair was delivered exactly when they promised. The chair so far has been great and working perfectly. The only issue is the three plastic pieces that hold the back cover on are all broken and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to discuss.

I have tried reaching out to Titanchair because my chair will start up on its own. Nobody has been by it or around it. Hopefully you can give me an answer. I liked my old chair better as it had a little more room.

Good service overall however my chair did come with a broken/busted up wheel. Also I really hope you add credit/debit readers in the future. If you do we will be purchasing from you again.
