I like the chair but it could go further down and the feet massager is not as nice as the one where I workout. That being said I use it daily and am enjoying it.

I love the chair. Only complaint is that it does not say in the description that it is fully assembled. My brother bought one and his came in three pieces so he was able to put it together himself. So I made the mistake of thinking this chair would come the same way, therefore I didn’t get the white glove delivery. My chair now sits in the garage so I’m not happy about that. We can’t disassemble it to get it upstairs.

The chair is very nice. However it needs more cushion and more adjustment choices that work properly.

Chair is good quality; price was fair, tracking for delivery could have been better.

Bought because reviews indicated is was good for large people. Good for tall people but not wide enough for large people. Had problem putting arms on, the air connection was hard and the forward bolt was hare to install. The manual does not explain enough on how to use chair. Quality seems high.
