We are really enjoying our Osaki chair! Delivery was great and the chair is amazing

All aspects of my experience purchasing and using this chair has been excellent. Love how flexible this chair is in giving massages. Also it looks great in my living room!

We've been using the Osaki Pro Honor for a while now, I can fully recommend this 3D massage chair, especially given the price we paid for it. Pros: For the most part, the roller feels natural and strong enough for me and my family. The massages goes up to my neck and it feels natural like getting a real massage and down to my lower back and buttocks. The chair comes fully assembled, all you need to do is take out of the box and plug in. Cons: The Osaki Honor can be rather pretty strong in some areas especially the feet part, but the strength can be adjusted. The roller part where it massages your neck and back can extend a little too much forcing my head to go straight up which can be annoyig, but again you could adjust that, but as far as I can tell, I don't think you can "save" your adjustments. Overall: While this is not as good as other higher end brand with 4D, but given that this chair is only $1,499 vs $9,000+ for other 4D tech, the differences is not worth the price. The technology "3D" is good enough for us. We paid $1,499 total, there were no taxes or shipping charges. I would buy this again.

Everything was good except just one tiny thing roller was so strong so I'm using the lowest intensity.
