Customer service was excellent, the chair is amazing and the white service delivery was great.

Aside from the confusion over the delivery status, everything else was great. Delivery itself was seamless. The packaging was sturdy. The delivery drivers handled it with care. The chair happily sits in my living room and is used on a daily bases. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks and I’ve already cancelled my massage membership. There’s still some features on the remote control that I’m not sure about, even after reading the manual, but I’m sure I’ll figure it out. I love the preprogrammed massage types. I chose a beige chair because it will match with anything. It’s a very well made chair and I’m happy I’ve been introduced to Titanchair. I hope this review helps someone. I hate writing reviews because I’m lazy but in this case, the chair is totally worth the effort.
