Shipping was slow. Everything else ok.

Not sure why but my last shipment of vacuum bags were loose, not in original packaging at all.they were in the mailing package only. Not happy about it.

I purchased the Dyson Dc07 hose assembly. Had no problem connecting to base of unit however yesterday when I pulled wand the hose just slide off. I checked and made sure it clicked in however the same thing happened the hose slipped off sand. Please help William Vulpis

I ordered 2 filters to use with masks with no directions given on how to use them. Cut them in half, Use the whole bag, etc. They were suggested by Hedley & Bennett with a template, but nothing beyond that. So, cannot say I am happy or unhappy. I have no idea how to use them. And they were quite expensive.
