Think Crucial

Would not buy from again. They shipped 2/3 of the vacuum bags. Took multiple emails back and forth and finally offered a 1/3 refund. Was not worth the hassle.

I thought these would fit directly into the Hedley mask but I have to cut them... not what I was expecting at all.

Ordered a one piece hose with handle for my shark vacuum. It was defective, so I sent a picture of the broken part. Once the company received my information, they decided to send me a refund. No replacement was even offered. Also the only way to contact the company was through email. No customer service phone number. This company also let me know I was not the only customer complaining and that the same part I ordered I was told that there was a bad batch and the warehouse was investigating this problem. It appears to me this company has no quality control in place. As far as I am concerned you can't run a business this way! Better take a look at how you are running your business!
