Delivery and materials are great and sturdy. The desk construction thought is not as sturdy as it should be, there is some play in the head pitch and rotational (in the surface area plane). The resting position is not level, it's angled down by about 5% which doesn't seem intentional. Pens will roll off. Feels overpriced for the quality... The oak color is not as warm as photos make it appear. Interesting that all the reviews on the site are 5*... will my review ever be posted. TBH I don't think you will post it, but you might read it, so please improve your quality control.

Shipping was great. Assembly was a nightmare. Customer service took days to get back to me and offered no guidance. (The screws linking the base to the top still go only 3/4 of the way in).

Weight Capacity setup is confusing, try-n-error a few times. However, I am still not sure if it is configured correctly.

Not enough office hours for customers to get help. Since you guys are only open 4 days a week

Desk was not delivered on time. One of the factors in deciding in this brand was delivery time. No live voice to answer immediately when calling with questions. Understood, just breaking out, limited team, start-up mode, but I almost felt I was scammed for a brief moment due to delivery not showing up on time as promised, that and no live voice to answer at customer service, and your location seemingly in an unmarked warehouse. However, if the parts, main assembly are German as you say (quality), and other parts also well built, who cares where it is shipped from. Perhaps we should connect sometime.
